Security Program Audits
3Si Risk Strategies has extensive audit experience in large organizations through our team members and Associates. 3Si’s three key project team members were responsible for security audit services in the RCMP for British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba from 1980 through to mid-1990s. During this time, these team members also provided this audit experience and service to Federal Government Departments on request.
Since retiring from the RCMP, these team members have been continuously involved in providing security consulting expertise to government, private sector organizations and corporations. Service delivery has included contracts providing security audit services of highly complex environments. In this group are a number of hospital audits including St. Paul's Hospital and Women's' and Children's' Hospital (Vancouver, B.C.), Burnaby General Hospital (Burnaby, B.C.), and MSA Hospital (Abbotsford, B.C.). Additional audits have been conducted for major Canadian organizations such as National Money Mart, with multiple sites audited in several provinces. Also, evaluations have been conducted for the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Police Service (Transit Police) and New Westminster Police Service programs.
