- Professional Services means the rendering of Security Consulting Services, Safety and Security Training, and Investigative Support Services pursuant to a written contract, services engagement document, or purchase order.

- Upon award of a contract related to proposed services, our insurance agent can execute a Certificate of Insurance on behalf of our insurance underwriter in favour of our client, as required, in relation to providing security consulting services on a specific contract.
